Shipment & Delivery
Le Bon International Trading Pte. Ltd. aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be deliver within 5 business days with our delivery team. Customers must present to sign the parcel.
We deliver items out Monday through Friday. We offer FREE delivery (Single Location Only) for purchases over SGD 500. For orders under SGD 500, the delivery charge of SGD 50 will apply. Extreme West of the Island will apply additional surcharges.
Delivery service is limited to commercial and residential address only, Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
Delivery service of 12 bottles or above is only available to the addresses with lift service. In the event of a lift breakdown, Le Bon International has the right to make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal or any warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Le Bon International immediately of any change to their delivery address. If customer is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, or refused to sign for the delivery. Le Bon International has the right to refuse to deliver the parcel and charge additional delivery fee for next delivery.
If customers require any special services for your items, please include a note with your order so that we can accommodate you.
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery. It should not be accepted and please return the goods to us.
Le Bon International Trading Pte. Ltd. ship internationally to most countries via DHL or other international carrier companies. However, we are welcomed customers to suggest or provide other carriers for delivery. International orders usually take two to three (2-3) weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. As we will try our best to ensure the packages are delivered in a timely manner, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We have no control how long it will take to arrive and no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s custom office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with the total weight of your order. You may track your order via the DHL or other international carrier companies’ website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
*Friendly Reminder: Orders shipped outside of Singapore are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Le Bon International is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from destination countries’ custom. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Le Bon International cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
If you still have not received your purchase after Twenty-One (21) business days, please notify email@example.com and include your order date and Transaction ID.
A Signature is “always” required on delivery. If customers are not going to be at your residential, Le Bon International can arrange to delivery to your commercial address. Le Bon International has no control on DHL service. If the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbor. Please note the parcel will not be insured against loss or damage and Le Bon International will not take any responsibility for this issue.
Payment Terms For Domestic and International Delivery
We gladly accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apply Pay, Android Pay and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, all through PayPal. Please be aware the service charges from PayPal before settle the payment.
Local Bank Transfer and International Bank Wire Transfer will be accepted. Please be aware the service charges before confirm the order. Le Bon International advices customer to contact your local bank for further information before settle the payment.
All product prices are listed in Multi Currencies. Le Bon International reserves the right to adjust the currency rates without prior notice according to the market changes.
The upper limit of purchase on this website is SGD 30,000 per transaction. For any purchase over the value of SGD 30,000, please call our customer service hotline +65 6873 1194 / +65 9486 1852.
