LE BON SHIPMENT POLICY
Le Bon Singapore aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be deliver within 2-4 business days with our delivery team. Customers must present to sign the parcel.
We only deliver items out Monday through Saturday. We offer FREE delivery (Single Location Only) for purchases over SGD 100 in Singapore. For orders under SGD 100, the delivery charge will be SGD 10.
Delivery service is limited for commercial and residential address only, Delivery is not available to restricted areas.
Delivery service of 12 bottles or above is only available to the addresses with lift service. In the event of a lift breakdown, Le Bon Singapore has the right to make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Delivery service will be suspended when bad weather occurred. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Le Bon Singapore immediately of any change to their delivery address. If customer is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, or refused to sign for the delivery. Le Bon Singapore has the right to refuse to deliver the parcel and charge additional delivery fee for next delivery.
If customers require any special services for your items, please include a note with your order so that we can accommodate you.
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery. It should not be accepted and please return the goods to us.
